Learn
The spread of digital technology and mobile tools in education has turned school and university real estate on its head, as has the traditional way of disseminating knowledge. The "pedagogical face-to-face" - between teacher and students - is gradually being replaced by other forms of knowledge transmission". Distance learning via online networks and MOOCs (massive open online courses) are on the rise, and are having a major impact on the organization and typology of teaching facilities.
That's why our role is to advise our clients on their real estate programs, to build according to their specific uses and pedagogy. We have to reinvent spaces to make them more flexible, more versatile, more conducive to collaborative work. Learning also means knowing how to collaborate and invent with others. Architects can create innovative spaces for all these new practices.

Laboratory design requires a high degree of specialization and adaptation to constantly evolving technologies. That's why we design laboratories that are extremely modular and adaptable to your needs. The grid principle, the movable partitions and the architecture of the rooms all help to adapt them to future uses. Highly technical areas, places for reflection and conviviality will be designed with the same high standards, paying great attention to the fluidity and safety of exchanges. Particular attention will always be paid to the technical components required to operate the laboratories and the building, and to all safety constraints.
Our group continues to enrich its expertise in the fields of research, healthcare and high-tech laboratories through a merger and by integrating the teams of the R&R agency. To find out more about this Group agency, click here.

Entertain
As an integral part of a city's lifestyle, entertainment is a key factor in the development of a region. We believe that in this world, architecture and interior design support the various players down to the smallest detail. That's why, from building to object design, it's the same passion for innovation and expert work that drives us. Combining dreams with functionality, our creations are built to last.
The construction of this type of building is a complex operation, involving not only industrial processes, such as water treatment for a swimming pool, but also the constraints of an ERP (Etablissement Recevant du Public) and rigorous user comfort requirements. Our many years of experience in these areas have enabled us to acquire best practices.

Business
The digital revolution, the covid crisis, mobile tools and teleworking from home have turned professional practices upside down, creating a porous link between the world of work and private life. With these new ways of working and market pressures, new office spaces are becoming increasingly dense, while at the same time they need to offer greater variety and comfort for employees: rest areas, brainstorming rooms, isolation or pair-working bubbles, meeting rooms in high positions, multi-use cafeterias, creative and innovation labs, etc.
Mixed-use and adaptable buildings are at the heart of our research into commercial real estate. Our ambition is to optimize every square meter of land. Well-being is our guiding principle, with optimized traffic flows, careful attention to acoustics, natural light and ambiences designed to make your workspaces and customer reception areas attractive.
The achievements
Living in
Housing is a fundamental building block of society and the region. Whether it's social housing, first-time buyers, first-time buyers, mixed-use developments or intergenerational residences, we are present across the entire residential real estate market.
Each project is set in its geographical and socio-economic context, creating links with the local fabric, the region, the inhabitants, the town hall, local players, craftsmen and contractors. "Living differently means building differently". Housing quality means working on the technical choices of materials and operating methods to provide generous living space that is adaptable to every lifestyle, energy-efficient and respectful of the environment.
We focus our attention on typologies, interior and exterior privacy, complementary spaces and modularity for better day-to-day appropriation.

Performer
A26 Architecture's Sport Department embodies our passion for the fusion of architecture and sport. We believe that sport is much more than a physical activity; it is an essential component of human life. We are driven by the conviction that sport should be at the heart of urban planning, whether it's played outdoors or indoors. Our team is determined to create sporting spaces that combine performance, excellence, cohesion, passion and pleasure.
QUALISPORT qualification attests to our expertise in this field, forged over years of varied experience, from design to sports practice.
Our values of rigor, team spirit and collective intelligence are at the heart of every project. Our ultimate goal is to design innovative, adaptable, economical and resilient sports architecture that reflects the profound values of sport.
The achievements
Protect
We note that the public servant's workspace has too often been neglected by architecture. Quality of life at work must be restored so that public servants can proudly assume responsibility for the service entrusted to them by citizens. Putting people back at the heart of architectural and functional design is the priority of our specialized teams in this field. But also to restore the status of these essential functions in the organization of our societies.
The achievements
Care
The hospital is both a place to live and a place to care for caregivers and patients, with high-tech technical facilities.
How to reconcile the need for technical expertise and efficiency with the well-being of patients and care staff in ERP (Établissement Recevant du Public) buildings is the key to successful construction.
We see hospitals as high-tech technical platforms and a HUB of services to help defuse the fear of the hospital. Sensitive to the fragility of patients and the pressures on staff, we take care to go beyond the hospital image by creating reassuring perceptions, adopting a residential, even hotel-like vocabulary, combining warm materials and colors, landscaping spaces and creating porosities with the city.
