The project comprises two buildings and a central garden. The Pavillon Azur (psychiatry center), with 6 levels, from the 1st basement to the roof terrace at R+3, and the silo parking lot, with 5 levels, from the 1st basement to R+2.
The two buildings are linked by the basement levels, the outdoor garden slab corresponding to the extension of the existing park, and the welcoming, therapeutic central garden that follows on from the existing park.
The garden is open to the public, and in a way becomes the hospital's front door, its showcase!
Visitors who have parked in the silo parking lot will arrive from the parking lot's pedestrian entrances directly onto this planted slab, and will be able to walk either towards the hospital or towards Pavillon Azur, the new psychiatric center.
