Constantly on the alert, our teams research and develop innovative concepts in our various fields of expertise.
For example, we were the first to develop the principle of urban logistics buildings, connected to means of transport. An example that is currently taking shape in the Chapelle International and Greendock projects.
In a completely different field, we developed a room concept for Equip'Hôtel, designed for the Paris and Dubai hotel trade shows. Using colorful modules, this "bed-object" features all the functions of a bedroom: footstool, armchair, desk, and gives customers the chance to take charge of their room.

That's why we have a duty to design our buildings in such a way that they blend harmoniously into their environment and contribute to its preservation.

The foundations of our business are ideas, creativity, almost art. We can make "inhabited sculpture", but that's not our primary mission. We'd like to put our creativity at the service of the project, working with you to invent ways of doing, organizing and living that will have a positive impact. Aesthetics and originality can only be considered in the light of functionality and the potential for living, meeting, experiencing and sharing.
