Domaine des Hélianthèmes - La Roselière

Located close to the Bay of Arcachon, the
40-home project is part of an urban and landscaped
complex, and features compact
building forms that consume little space, leaving ample room for the landscape and
planted areas.

The new buildings, in the form of
semi-detached villas in groups of two, are
designed on the principle of a masonry base and
upper levels in wood structure and cladding
, reinterpreting the codes of traditional local
architecture while incorporating current
living styles (brightness, surface areas, flexibility,
garden...).

The rhythm of successive gables recalls the
villages of fishermen's huts in the Basin.
