Project to restructure / extend the USLD and create a USPC

The program identified two key areas of work: creating a functional facility that guarantees the well-being of users, and keeping within a reasonable economic framework.

While the project must respond to redefined and extended operating needs, and unavoidable upgrades to standards, it is also an opportunity to provide patients and staff with a new approach to their direct environment, and a chance to make it evolve.

Lastly, the project, which includes around a third of its surface area as an extension, will have to make the most of the limited land available, take into account the strong constraints of facing buildings, and fit naturally into a pre-existing high-quality built environment.
