A NEW-GENERATION CAMPUS
The project involves the conversion of a former office building into a school bringing together 14 private higher education establishments.
This "new generation" school will offer its students a large rooftop, landscaped outdoor spaces and a host of innovative concepts. Its large, accessible terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Seine and La Défense. Its large aluminum and glass facades fit perfectly into the context of the Front de Seine's commercial building facades.
The target certifications are BREEAM RFO (Refurbishment and Fit Out 2015) and HQE Bâtiment Durable 2016.
