LOGISTIC HUB

The GREEN DOCK project is a first-rate logistics hub, a building that is both symbolic and functional. Directly connected to the river, GREEN DOCK has everything it takes to support the development of urban, river and sustainable logistics in the heart of the Paris metropolis. The project's ambition is to achieve a high level of sobriety in terms of land use, by proposing an optimized organization over several floors, in order to accommodate the biggest names in logistics, as well as an urban farm on the roof. This programmatic densification blends effectively into its context, thanks to elegant architecture and meticulous landscaping. Rooftop terraces, offices with panoramic views over the Seine and the use of natural materials all contribute to the well-being of users. The GREEN DOCK project aims to be exemplary from an environmental point of view, both now and in the future. It is energy-neutral in operation and carbon-neutral in construction.
