Conversion of an office building into a school in Nanterre: a real estate reversibility success story
Located in the heart of Nanterre, the innovative 3,500 m² campus, now known as "Le Dojo", marks a major turning point in the intelligent reuse of office space. Converted to accommodate students from the Digital College and Metaverse College, this project illustrates our expertise in transforming office space into modern learning environments, responding to today's educational challenges.
A26 Metamorphosis: Sobriety and Multipurpose Spaces
With Swiss Life as project owner and Artelia as MOD, not forgetting the crucial role of economist EPBV, A26 rose to the challenge of effectively transforming this office space. The €3.1 million cost of the work was invested in reconfiguring volumes, improving circulation and creating shared spaces to promote conviviality and optimize student flows. This project is the embodiment of our commitment to the reversibility of spaces and the sobriety of land, key elements in addressing contemporary societal challenges.
Reception and Impact: A Model for the Future
Accepted in August 2023, the "Le Dojo" campus in Nanterre is now a flagship example of A26's ability to lead sustainable real estate rehabilitation projects, marking our contribution to the fight against global warming through the optimization of square meters. Our collaboration with the College de Paris and Digital College demonstrates the importance of reversibility and sustainable architecture in the development of innovative real estate solutions for developers, university schools and local authorities.
