The building is designed around a 5.40m square grid
, allowing the floors to be freely
and modularly arranged.
A screen facade in
perforated metal mesh envelops the new building in
a gentle form and extends to connect the
E1 building with an interior garden linking the
two entities.
The principle of the recessed plinth, reinforced by the
line of the concrete columns on level 0, establishes the overall
volume and accentuates its horizontal lines. The double metal and transparent facade lends thickness and a new image to the buildings as a whole.
