AUTONOMY AND OPENNESS TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The Résidence Services Séniors project is located on a corner plot, close to services, in a mixed residential area comprising detached houses and larger apartment blocks. Open to the neighborhood, the building comprises 74 housing units, and common areas on the first floor: a lifestyle center and a restaurant opening onto a central garden, which will be open to outside customers.

The project seeks to create a volumetric break between the project's different wings, breaking down into three sequences that play on shifts in alignment and height, and on alternating wood and mineral walls.
