The project is part of the overall plan for the Halvêque-Beaujoire-Ranzay district, on the corner of boulevard de la Beaujoire and rue Eugénie Cotton. The plot dedicated to the project is located at the corner of a major thoroughfare slated for redevelopment and a street planted with trees. The project comprises a single building, centered on the plot, with an entrance hall overlooking the boulevard.

It sits on an underground parking base, absorbing most of the program's parking needs.
