The aim of this project is to improve living conditions for inmates and working conditions for prison staff by renovating the prison's kitchens.
Two central kitchens and six relay kitchens have been created or renovated, with modern equipment adapted to health and nutritional requirements. Around 15,000 meals a day are thus prepared with respect for human dignity.
