The aim of the project was to remove asbestos from, make safe and completely renovate the hospital wards of a 14-storey building classified as a high-rise building, without disrupting hospital activities.
To achieve this, the worksite was divided into 4 successive phases, ensuring continuity of services and optimum safety. The project resulted in the creation of accommodation units, a meeting space, a pediatric intensive care unit, and two floors of cardiac intensive care, providing a pleasant and safe setting for patient recovery and staff working comfort.
