RT 2012-10% - H&E profile A
A genuine entrance to the city, this project is part of an urban redevelopment program and is naturally located at the corner of Rue Barbara and Rue Édouard Renard, giving it a strong identity.
Urban planning takes into account all elements of the surrounding urban fabric.
This reflection takes into account the town's objectives, needs and expectations:
- organization of a more obvious public frame ;
- enhancement of the Courtilières park ;
- innovative, high-performance program ;
- social and transgenerational diversity ;
- creating green urbanism and a habitat in perfect harmony with its direct environment.
The privileged position at the corner of Rue Barbara and Rue Édouard Renard is all the more important as it is intended to initiate a reading of the town's urban planning and architecture, and ensure a logical transition with the immediate surrounding fabric.
The careful, coherent architecture, with its interplay of volumes, wide windows and numerous balconies and terraces, emphasizes the building's relationship with the outdoors and the vegetation.
