APPROACH

NF Habitat HQE RT 2012 label

At home and together: urban planning on a human scale

The project is based on volumetric principles (layout, height, spread, etc.) that ensure the coherence of the urban composition: the importance of treating the feet of buildings and respecting the public/private interface is underlined by the use of transitional features between public spaces and blocks, such as gardens or raised housing;

A26's aim is to ensure the quality of housing, access, distribution, interior comfort, views, rooftop vegetable gardens, meeting places, etc., in order to guarantee the intentions and requirements in terms of spatial, functional, environmental and visual quality;

The project is in keeping with the overall architectural coherence of the urban project and the individual buildings, while encouraging architectural diversity;

The implementation of sustainable development objectives and environmental principles has enabled us to develop a project using 100% recycled concrete, thus saving around 3,000 t of natural resources.
