A vertical functional mix
The B2 block is a mixed-use development comprising 57 apartments, offices and a crèche on the first floor.
This project is part of the Pont-Rouge ZAC, located around Cenon town hall. The eastern facade of the project is built around the town hall square.
Two R+4 buildings are separated by a void that lets in light and views of the town hall. The continuous first floors continue the pedestal effect intended for the entire ZAC, affirming the urban spirit of the whole.
A post-and-slab construction system and lightweight, externally insulated facades allow the buildings to evolve over time.
