MISSION
Plan Guide - Permis d'Aménager - Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage
Reconstruction of a Résidence Autonomie and construction of a themed intergenerational residence
In this urban renewal project, the aim is to create a block that is open to the neighborhood, offering pedestrian links compatible with the city's structuring facilities and projects, and a planted, edible heart of the block.
Several programs, generations and functions (living, gardening, cooking, sharing...) will coexist on this block. Several building typologies that interact with the environment are recommended: from the small R+3/R+4 collective along the tramway corridor to the R+1 single-family house on Rue Victor Hugo in response to the suburban fabric.
After defining the Guide Plan, we assist the client in the competition process and coordinate the various architectural and landscape projects.
