This project, designed according to an eco-neighborhood approach, is integrated into a neighborhood that is predominantly landscaped.

The wood-fronted residences are built around gardens with vegetable plots and walkways linking each residence to the outside amenities.

The presence of greenery is expressed at every scale, from the ground-floor planted plinth to the loggia, balcony or penthouse terrace. The "green openings" reinforce the impression of a program open to the park, announcing a project that is welcoming, respectful of the environment and mixed in terms of housing typology and function.

The homes, built as stacked houses with numerous sloping views over the park, are in keeping with the surrounding urban morphology.
