Creation of a reception building and restructuring of the office building

The reception building is based on an existing 1970s parking lot, and features a mixed steel and wood structure linking two existing buildings. The spaces are luminous, thanks to bay windows judiciously positioned to catch the light. The work was carried out on an occupied site, with public access maintained. The wood-framed project is designed in line with the environmental approach.

The office floors have been restructured to accommodate 233 workstations and numerous ancillary spaces (secure counters, meeting rooms, social areas, archives, etc.).
