Construction of 33 housing units in the Zac des Deux Ruisseaux development zone

Located to the east of Nantes, the commune of Thouaré-sur-Loire is building a Zac (development zone) comprising blocks of housing.

The Groupe Launay project is being developed on lot OP6bis, bordered by three lanes. The 33 dwellings are divided into three buildings, in order to avoid a mass effect, and to provide openings onto the landscaped heart of the block. Above a shared half-level parking lot, the white concrete buildings follow the rounded shape of the plot, with large loggias.

To the south, the third building's roof and facade are clad in iridescent blue-grey cladding to match the Nantes sky.

All homes feature large loggias, either on the main facade or in the heart of the block, with privacy guaranteed by separating elements that act as storerooms.
