Located on a large-scale site in the Paris region, the creation of this site is the result of a fruitful collaboration between architects, VRD and sustainable development consultants, a geotechnician and a landscape designer.
More than 500 m in length, soil reinforcement, an uneven topography, more than 300,000 m³ of earthworks, a technical context, a complex environment and strong integration issues were just some of the challenges to be met in order to complete this logistics building that meets the highest standards expected by the client: a modular, upgradeable, BREEAM-certified, architecturally assertive building.
