Construction of head office and logistics platform

THE LOGISTICS HUB

The logistics hub comprises a product warehouse and a tertiary building housing changing rooms and logistics offices.
The building's east-west layout is dictated by its size and the recommendations of the ZA regulations.
The warehouse comprises a main volume 301 meters long and 130 meters wide. Its height of 12.65 metres is reduced in the last three frames to comply with aeronautical constraints.
The building's overall envelope is made of metal cladding with a cascade of pastel colors, giving the building a certain lightness.

THE CATERING DIVISION

Built on a single level as a continuation of the "sports and training" building (university), the 250-seat restaurant comprises three main volumes:
- the dining room on the south façade;
- the cafeteria to the east;
- the kitchen block to the north, with the club house.
A slightly raised reinforced concrete veil marks the east-west axis of the composition.
The wooden slatted pergola, which provides sun protection for the dining room, extends eastwards to the gymnasium and covers the changing area, forming a link between the two buildings.

THE TERTIARY SECTOR

The tertiary sector comprises the head office and order processing center.
The 9,505 m² office building is positioned to the west, facing the Avenue du 21ᵉ siècle.
Built on four levels (first floor + 3 upper floors), it is characterized by a ring shape with a patio in the central part.
The western volume is built on stilts on the first floor in order to open up the view onto the central space and through hall.
The floors are treated as open-space.
