Construction of a logistics platform for ARGAN
The building developed at 9ᵉ Avenue du Parc Synergie Val de Loire on behalf of ARGAN (investor) is designed for the logistics activity of a chain specializing in the distribution of animal products. The project comprises a 2-cell warehouse, technical premises and supporting offices on a ground floor + 1 floor level, located parallel to the south-east boundary of the site.
This project is planned in 2 phases. The extension is currently being finalized.
The warehouse is an unobtrusive volume, with horizontal sine wave cladding on the facades. On the truck yard side, the base wall will be made of unfinished concrete, and will feature Autodocks-type dock doors and single-storey doors.
