Complete renovation of the Parisian covered passageway including the façade of the Musée Grévin

The project is in keeping with the spirit of the great Parisian passages. The passageway is listed as a Historic Monument. Following an architectural analysis of the site and a historical study, the project involves renovation of the floors, walls and woodwork, a study of facade color schemes, and enhancement of the glass roof and entrance to the passage.
