Creation of a building for wine storage and packaging

White concrete safe

The building is intended for the storage of fine wines. The project is designed to blend into the wooded landscape of the pine forest along the Route du Médoc. It represents a signal, a showcase for the Ballande Group.

Its image is elegant, contemporary and sober. Like a safe, it intrigues by its mere presence, a vast volume of white concrete peeking through the pines.

At night, a lighting scheme highlights its characteristics and materiality, with a multitude of points of light emerging from the Medoc fog.

The entire building is lined with black cork panels, creating an interior ambience in counterpoint to the whiteness of the exterior.
