REHABILITATION AND RECONSTRUCTION OF A LOGISTICS SITE
This project involves the construction of a warehouse for a storage unit with a floor area of 25,000 sq.m, including 500 sq.m of office space, and the refurbishment of a 32,000 sq.m unit on the same site. The project is classified under ICPE 1530.
The two office modules in metallic grey cladding and the sprinkler tank mark the main façade.
The general facades of the warehouse are clad in very dark blue metal cladding panels, highlighted by a band of orange on the corners and gables of the building.
The rehabilitated building forms an independent site and is treated in the same spirit.
