The building is built according to a "classic" warehouse layout, subdivided into cells of up to 12,000m². The center of the building is devoted to the storage area, and the north and south facades are dedicated to loading/unloading zones along the docks. Storage capacity has been optimized using two different systems: the standard "conventional racking" system, and the "High Density Picking" (HDP) cells, which allow for high-bay warehousing and a state-of-the-art automated system. The Limay site, with its access to the port infrastructure of the Port de Limay-Porcheville, will enable the implementation of innovative distribution logistics - via the Seine.
