A NEW HARMONY

In the Haut-Médoc region, Château Dauzac stands on a vast parcel of land characteristic of the Garonne riverbank landscape, where dykes and canals run right down to the river.

The partial restructuring of Château Dauzac aims to develop and harmonize the estate's various activities: wine production and visitor reception.

The project involves a global reflection on both the future of the buildings and the existing and future landscape.

The program includes extension of the existing vat house and bottling line, reconstruction of the farm buildings and staff quarters, and landscaping of the park. The project will be carried out in several phases.
