Construction of an office building (ZAC de la Chantrerie)
The project, led by COGEDIM ALTAREA and project management by A26 (with Nox and AIA BET), comprises 11,000 m² of office space on the northern part of the site, and 5,000 m² of housing (a young workers' hostel and apartments for first-time buyers) on the southern part.
The overall project is to restore a coherent landscape along the banks of the Erdre and Chantrerie rivers, and to extend this landscape pattern into the site.
The commercial buildings are built on three or four levels on a common plinth that opens up interior patios.
The buildings are designed to be highly scalable, with floors that can be reconfigured to meet users' needs, now and in the future.
