Space Planning, offices imagined by future users with A26
As part of the reorganization of its departments, Natixis Assurances Vie wanted to involve its employees in defining their future workspaces.
Alongside business transformation consultancy DXC, A26 has helped reveal Natixis' new workplaces, from the first workshops where users played with legos to defining the latest trends in their spaces.
Architectural advice to the client on the definition of interior spaces
An original architectural and space planning consultancy assignment, based on a preliminary workshop to gather the aspirations and ideas of Natixis Assurances Vie employees concerning their future workspaces in the Austerlitz district of Paris. This co-construction around key words such as collaborative and modular, confidential and occasional, open and individual, convivial and personalized, gave rise to a creative concept defining four types of space to fit out 700 workstations on 6,200 m² spread over 4 levels delivered last June.
