URBAN DISTRIBUTION SPACE
Sogaris and Chronopost, in partnership with SemPariSeine, are developing the urban distribution space at Beaugrenelle, 37, quai de Grenelle, Paris 15th, within the VEGA parking lot. The project involves transforming part of the ground and first floors of the parking lot. Its roof is a public space, with pedestrian walkways, planted areas and access to the buildings on the slab. This space will be used by Chronopost for the distribution and collection of express parcels weighing less than 30 kilos. With a surface area of 3,027 m² spread over 2 levels, this space has been designed to blend in perfectly with the surrounding neighborhoods, comply with the latest safety and environmental standards, and create a new activity in the heart of a hyper-city center.
