Construction of an office building for RSI

This office building is part of the urban renewal of the Allées de Boutaut, on the Tramway line to the north of Bordeaux.

The program involves the creation of 5,600 m² of office space for the RSI (Régime spécial des indépendants). The ground plan features an L-shaped building at the corner of Allées de Boutaut and Rue Prevost.

The treatment of the facade, with its abundance of glass overlooking the public space, the organization of accesses and the choice of materials create a strong image of an institutional building.

It thus contributes to the urban frontage called for by the PLU, and its layout creates a transition with the individual housing fabric behind it, protecting it from the noise of the Allées de Boutaut motorway and tramway traffic.
