A RESIDENTIAL PARK
Creation of 102 housing units - rental and affordable home ownership
In keeping with the guidelines of the ZAC de la Jaguère development project, our proposal seeks to exploit all the assets of this land and the rich landscape of the surrounding park.
This garden-city spirit will be developed in the organization and architectural design of the various buildings:
- a landscaped central island, laid out in strips and linked to the park to the west, taking advantage of the site's steep slope;
- through-housing, south-facing living areas, loggias and winter gardens as living spaces.
The layout reflects these ambitions, with the impact of vehicles on the site kept to a minimum, green roofs and simple materials (concrete and wood).
