Résidence allure - the 30s revisited:
construction of a 117-unit multi-family housing complex

The project features a through main hall serving cages A and B, with access to cage C via the landscaped area at the rear of the plot. The main hall is accessible from the new service road to the south.

On the ground floor: the three-storey layout limits the number of apartments per landing (between 4 and 10), and allows for a greater number of apartments with multiple orientations. They all benefit from balconies and/or terraces overlooking the living room.
On the penthouse level: volumes are reduced to a minimum (just the accesses) to minimize the impact on the immediate environment. The roof terraces on both buildings are either private and accessible from the apartments, or planted or inaccessible.
