Reuse and restoration, improved energy performance, creation of a heritage archive center for the town of Noisiel, all on an occupied site.
The project involves :
- create a heritage archive consultation room and storeroom;
- restore facades and roof;
- restore and enhance the listed features of the council chamber.
The plan is adapted to the city's tour program and to current PMR and safety standards.
