Construction of 80 residential and commercial units

The Courrejean project is part of a vast development program known as Domaine de Geneste, located in Villenave-d'Ornon, on the banks of the Garonne to the south of Bordeaux.
Blocks I4 and I5, with identical morphologies, are organized around the central square.
The first floor of the R+2 buildings is occupied by parking lots and shops opening onto the square. The two-storey apartments are arranged around vast loggias. A simple architectural style that emphasizes the sculpted volumetry of the facades, large openings on the loggias and horizontal openings on the other facades, and a briquette-matched concrete painted white harmonize the 80 buildings in this program.
