Construction of an aqualudic center

Continuing a two-faceted analysis of the landscape, the project forms a link between the original history and its future, between rural identity and urbanity in the making. The authentic, ecologically sound materials chosen for the compositions and landscape sculptures reinforce the project's image within its local identity.

The overall organization of the project is simple and effective. From the entrance, the pathways are framed by views and natural lighting from the roof or patio.

As soon as you cross the footbaths, a single hall of activities cascades into view: here, the large volume of the sports hall, calibrated by the rows of bleachers for its 400 visitors, then the fun hall, in dialogue with the reception hall and multi-purpose rooms, unveils its learning zone, or river and games area, through to the balneo zone, closest to the landscape, and finally, in a more intimate volume, the paddling pool and the Nordic pool launch. All of these visual sequences, to the east and south of the Nordic pool and the mineral and plant beaches, open onto this high-quality landscape, each with its own dimension.

This combination of simple, cascading, finely openworked volumes offers a timeless yet resolutely modern aesthetic for the project.
