Design, rehabilitation and extension of Creil's municipal swimming pool, a 1930s heritage building including an 18ᵉ century Louis XVI pavilion at the end of the plot, classified as a historic monument.
- Extensive, comprehensive renovation to meet today's safety, performance, functionality, hygiene and accessibility requirements
- Reorganization of reception area and general distribution
- Renovation of the existing sports pool and creation of a multi-purpose pool
- Relocate changing rooms and washrooms upstairs to create a comfortable beach area around the sports pool.
- Complete renovation of premises and technical installations
- Replacement of roof and pool hall
