Creation of a large room to replace the two previous ones

Given the evolution of theatrical practices, the two rooms of the Café and Théâtre d'Edgar have been combined into a single room, more comfortable and up to standard.

The stage will have a 6.50m panoramic opening and the hall will seat 132 spectators.

The work planned is as follows:

1. the creation of a single room, including the refurbishments needed to make the best use of the site;
2. upgrades to meet safety standards for people and property;
3. Upgrades for people with disabilities in accordance with the law of February 11, 2005;
4. minor alterations to the first floor façade.
