The station of the XXIᵉ century - a "garden station".

This new "garden station" concept takes into account the city of Rabat's green plan project and its major orientations, which are as follows:

• a continuous network of predominantly planted areas;
• Enhancing the value of land to be farmed or developed;
• integration of parks and gardens through visual accessibility, to give them a green perspective.

Our project plays with light and shade, air and vegetation, with simple forms of wood, metal and concrete that create the conditions for new urban practices to emerge and become "city".

It's not an urban fixture, but an economic, cultural and social engine... a "real locomotive", as commercial development specialists would say.
