This chapel, built in the 1930s, was part of a religious school that was demolished and rebuilt as part of the Résidence Sixtine housing project on the same plot.

The choice of preserving the chapel, rather than demolishing it as originally planned, optimized the carbon footprint of the entire operation.
The renovation project revealed slender, elegant interior volumes, mosaic elements and stained glass windows of the highest quality. Enhanced by a renovation that focused on preserving the brick vaults and major architectural elements, the chapel now houses the head office of a national landlord.
