The project is set in an exceptional site: an ^18th-century château, old winegrowing buildings and a high-quality wooded environment. The integration of the offices and reception into the vat room area, and the transparencies created, transform the vat room into a prestigious reception area, and create a link between the different aspects of viticulture.

The choice of a gravity-fed process for filling the vats reflects both our desire to "slide" a production logic "from the vine to the château", based on the principle of moving forward. The project offers a high-performance, innovative work tool that respects the comfort, hygiene and image of this classified growth.
