Extensions and refurbishment of the Essec campus in Cergy-Pontoise (95)

IT Center/Data Center: 1-storey building with rooms for IT staff, network and web managers. The basement is reserved for server and data center rooms, patching rooms, air-conditioning and inverter rooms.

Office building for professors and researchers: R+6 building with offices distributed around a 20 m diameter atrium. This building won a prize in the tertiary building category awarded by the Office Général du Bâtiment du Val d'Oise.

Teaching building with classrooms and lecture theaters: a building much appreciated by teachers and students for its quality of life.

Pedagogy dictated the organization of the building: lectures in the lecture halls to the west and sub-group work rooms to the east form an interior street in which students find a space for sub-group work between the two teaching areas.

Multi-purpose hall: a 900m² pole-free hall for graduation ceremonies, conferences, campus stands, meals, cocktail parties and shows. The lower level houses checkrooms, toilets, bars, catering areas and furniture storage.

Library, documentation and resource center: a place of concentration and serenity for campus researchers and students. Alongside traditional collections, this space is also dedicated to new technologies.

Catering hub for administrative staff and students (4,500 people) : around an atrium, self-service catering and study areas. The space includes a cafeteria, a self-service area for students, a self-service area for staff and a restaurant with room service for invitations and receptions.
