CosmeticPark® (45) Logistics hub, lifestyle hub

Supporting AREFIM for over 5 years on its CosmeticPark® project, A26 GL will soon deliver one of the symbols of this service approach to the logistics hub: the restaurant/garden/leisure area.
This set of structures, designed to enhance the attractiveness of these places where it's as good to live as it is to work, expresses all the quality of life desired by the site operators (Dior Parfums, L'Oréal...) for their employees and local residents alike.

The "Parks" conceptualized by AREFIM base their originality on the deployment of a range of services made available to employees working on its logistics sites. The CosmeticPark® located on the former Lexmark industrial site in the heart of the Loiret region (Boigny-sur-Bionne / Vennecy) illustrates this desire to promote the art of living and well-being on work sites.

With this in mind, the A26 GL agency paid particular attention to the design of this harmonious logistics/services/leisure complex.
Located in the middle of 17 hectares of listed and preserved woodland, whose remarkable vegetation has been showcased, this well-equipped logistics hub opens up to neighboring towns, with which it is linked by a specially-created bus line, making CosmeticPark® easily accessible to all local residents and enabling the development of different spatial practices.

The park is structured from its center, where vast landscaped ponds are bordered by soft paths for strolling, walking and cycling, to its wooded periphery, where a sports trail has been created.

After last year's delivery of a company crèche at the crossroads of the L'Oréal and Dior Parfums logistics platforms, A26 GL will soon deliver a 75-room hotel and restaurant.

Designed on a plot of land in the heart of the park, close to the CosmeticPark® entrance, the restaurant is set out so as to free up a vast area for the installation of various outdoor features.

The restaurant, with its wood-look facades, features 2 dining rooms, brasserie and gastronomic, facing south and extended by vast wooden terraces with planted pergolas facing the sports facilities and gardens.

In the 1st plane, 2 mineral micro-gardens have been created in the continuity of the terraces, creating a link between the larger-scale built and plant spaces.
In the 2nd plane, the various sports facilities - tennis and volleyball courts, petanque and ping-pong tables - have been installed to create themed areas for socializing: children's play areas and picnic areas.

To the north of the plot, opposite the crèche, a permaculture garden confirms the project's intention to be a living space in a harmonious, natural eco-system, where around a hundred trees of various species, including several fruit trees, will be planted to structure, articulate and unify.

The project fits in perfectly with this mixed-use eco-park approach, which aims to shake logistics out of its not always positive image and give it a social utility that goes far beyond its economic importance.

As a sign of BARJANE's commitment to eco-responsibility, the Parc des Aiguilles is the focus of the Provencal group's ecological charter, which calls for the installation of the largest rooftop solar farm in the Bouches-du-Rhône department. With a combined output of around 6.1 MWp and representing the average consumption of almost 4,000 inhabitants, these plants will be built and operated on the roofs of the future DECATHLON and ACTION distribution centers. This initiative has enabled the logistics and economic activity zone to be designated a "turnkey industrial site" by the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Economic Recovery.

Beyond this recognition, motivated by the power of these photovoltaic power plants, the entire site and its buildings pay extreme attention to the comfort of the future employees of the companies that will set up there - over 1,000 jobs created in the long term. Architectural quality, landscaping, preservation of biodiversity, alternative rainwater management... A26 is committed to upholding the values dear to BARJANE. Work on these two buildings began at the end of winter, and is perfectly on schedule for delivery within 8 months.

CARBON-NEUTRAL PLATFORM

100,000 m², 45 million parcels delivered per year, 150 KT of CO2 neutralized, gas-fired boiler abandoned: the latest logistics platform delivered to Prologis in Moissy-Cramayel by the A26 agency inaugurates the standards of tomorrow's responsible warehouse. This carbon-neutral certification for both construction and operation is a world first, simultaneously meeting the development challenges of the Casino Group's quick commerce business and the social responsibility of Samada/Monoprix and Prologis.
