Industrial building and architectural concept

A26 supports the development of the SERFIM group

The SERFIM Group's vitality is illustrated by the buildings in Aulnay-sous-Bois, where the warehousing and offices of subsidiary companies Bentin and Serpollet are now grouped together. A26 was commissioned to design this new project in Aulnay-sous-Bois, proposing a dialogue between the industrial-inspired activities and a cubist version of the office space, in an architectural concept that is as original as it is reasonable.

The solutions proposed by A26 are expressed in the design of a business building that proves that industrial does not necessarily mean austere and banal.

The idea was to create a contrast between the architectural codes of a volume clad in taupe cladding for the storage areas, and those of projecting cubes whose smooth white cassette cladding gives a more contemporary identity to the office spaces. As the development of photovoltaic projects is one of the SERFIM Group's activities, the south-facing roofs reflect this specificity.

The architectural concept also aims to symbolize a company that makes well-being in the workplace one of its core values. Thus, the two entities are organized around an atrium, a space for conviviality and the organization of flows between the office and activity areas. A sports hall, a showroom and almost 5,000 m² of landscaped areas planted with trees and flower meadows enrich the daily lives of the teams of a fast-growing industrial group.

CARBON-NEUTRAL PLATFORM

100,000 m², 45 million parcels delivered per year, 150 KT of CO2 neutralized, gas-fired boiler abandoned: the latest logistics platform delivered to Prologis in Moissy-Cramayel by the A26 agency inaugurates the standards of tomorrow's responsible warehouse. This carbon-neutral certification for both construction and operation is a world first, simultaneously meeting the development challenges of the Casino Group's quick commerce business and the social responsibility of Samada/Monoprix and Prologis.
