A NEW PRESIDENT AND A NEW IDENTITY FOR OUR AGENCY
Marc Seifert, Managing Partner at A26, was elected Chairman, succeeding Christophe Damian.
Marc Seifert's arrival at the head of our agency is in line with our corporate project "Ambition 2026, Projection 2036" and coincides with the launch of our new identity, embodied by our signature: Building Harmony.
As a founding member of A26 and an architect recognized by his peers, Marc Seifert takes over the helm of the agency as part of our rotating presidency. Throughout his career, Marc Seifert has been committed to promoting our profession, and has held the position of Chairman of several industry bodies, including the Union des Architectes des Hauts-de-Seine, Club Prescrire and the Association des Syndicats d'Architectes d'Ile-de-France.
On the occasion of his election, Marc Seifert reiterated his determination to pursue the projects launched by his predecessor, Christophe Damian. He also took the opportunity to present our new positioning and identity as Groupe A26.
We're delighted to unveil our new identity and project ourselves into 2036. After several months' work, we have launched our new identity. Among other things, it is accompanied by a new website and a strengthening of our positioning.
"This project highlights both the specific characteristics of our Group and the vision we share for the future", Marc Seifert sums up.
In a world of strong dissonance, we are convinced that architects have a major role to play in anticipating and responding to changing lifestyles by transforming spaces, from territorial scale to interior design.
This requires a new way of thinking about projects, from eco-responsibility to architectural reversibility, so that each project can have several lives.
This conviction implies a different approach to infrastructure design, with a focus on natural, local and bio-sourced materials.
Anticipating changing lifestyles also calls for a new, multi-disciplinary approach. "The multiplicity of issues facing both public and private players calls for a plural response," explains Marc Seifert. " And our Group's strength lies precisely in the fact that it integrates a wide range of expertise, from different fields, alongside architects, designers, town planners, engineering consultants, economists, lawyers, engineers...".
This approach enables us to address the various issues facing project owners: attractiveness of territories, requalification of spaces, design of living spaces combining public and local services, decarbonization of soils and land sobriety...
The result is a multi-specialist dimension andan interconnection of skills that we wish to emphasize more strongly, to demonstrate our ability to take on global territory projects, in France or abroad. This 360° vision is illustrated by the new presentation of our areas of expertise: Learning (schools, universities, learning centers, etc.); Living (residences, social housing, urban planning, etc.); Caring (hospitals, laboratories, specialized establishments, etc.); Entertaining (sports facilities, sports facilities, etc.); and); Entertainment (sports facilities, thalassotherapy, aquatic centers, etc.); Protection (fire stations, justice, gendarmerie centers, etc.); Entrepreneurship (logistics, data centers, commercial real estate, heritage rehabilitation, etc.) and Hospitality (tourism, hotels, design of new hospitality venues, etc.).
"Our Building Harmony signature perfectly expresses our desire to build each project in harmony with the various stakeholders involved. Our ability to project, combined with our strategy of interconnecting know-how, enables us to meet the global challenges of our partners, now and in the future.
