From office to home, from stone to life

In the heart of Paris's 15th arrondissement, the A26 Architectures team, working alongside SPIRIT HOSPITALITY, has once again made a name for itself in asset transformation!

We're reinventing a building steeped in history: yesterday, it housed the decisions of the French Ministry of Agriculture; today, it's ready to welcome lives, laughter and moments of everyday life.
Transforming offices into a hotel isn't just about drawing up plans, it's about imagining future uses, revealing the potential of a building and giving it a second life.

Here, we open up new perspectives:
- An attic transformed into a rooftop bar with a view of the Eiffel Tower,
- A hollow tooth filled in to align the hotel with the adjoining buildings
- Transformation of the facades to recapture the industrial architecture that gave rise to the project in 1916
A link between past and future, between the intimacy of the rooms and the effervescence of the city. The walls change, but the story goes on.

Take a behind-the-scenes look at the construction site, where every stone is already telling its next story.
